How do I get started?
Simply visit the new site and sign up for a new account with your new Member ID number. You can get immediate and secure access in just a few simple steps!

All members should have received new ID cards with new ID numbers in mid-April. If you didn't receive your new card(s), please contact customer service.
- Even if you had a user account with the old MyHFHP site, you still need to set up an account on the new site as your old UserName and Password will no longer work. We appreciate your patience with this safety precaution.
What's new?
The new site still includes all the same information that was on the old site: eligibility, dependents, benefits, deductibles, claims, and authorizations, and you can also print a temporary ID card, request a new ID card, and change your contact information.
We've added several new features we hope you'll find helpful:
